Annotated bib draft due in D2L on Monday 10/19 by 4:30 pm for homework points on the week

Start reading 1984: Part One & collecting quotes as you go

Week 11: 10/26-10/30

QUIZ: PART ONE Monday for in-class learners (on PAPER even!) / Due by Tuesday for remote-learners (via Google Form)

Read PART TWO this week (check email for choice – do you want to watch PART ONE in class or do you want time in class to read and collect quotes?) Quiz: Part Two Monday, 11/02.

Week 8 & Major Changes to 1984 Schedule

Here’s what Borger scheduled:

• Read Part One: 10/05-10/11
• QUIZ PART ONE: Tuesday 10/13 & Read Part Two: 10/12-10/18
• QUIZ PART TWO: Tuesday 10/20 & Read Part Three: 10/19-10/25
• QUIZ PART THREE: Tuesday 10/27

Here’s why that’s a problem:

• QUIZ PART ONE: Tuesday 10/13 & Read Part Two: 10/12-10/18 No School Monday 10/12 (holiday) SAT Wednesday 10/14 (all seniors) = lost week of instruction for all “A group” learners
  

Here’s the revised schedule:

• SAT prep & Meta-Reflection Completion (due Friday 10/09) & Annotated Bib Work for 1984: 10/05-10/11
• Take SAT & work on FASFA: Week 10/13-10/16
• Start 1984 Monday 10/19 (first day back 4 days a week + blood drive + double the students in class)
• QUIZ PART ONE: Monday 10/26 – Read Part Two
• QUIZ PART TWO: Monday  11/02 – Read Part Three
• QUIZ PART THREE: Monday 11/09
• Final Essay Due Monday 11/16
